Meanwhile, here's what some of our customers have to say about Kumalong products...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been wanting to write to you to let you know how incredible the Kumalong Head Halter is.

I purchased one for my Great Dane, and believe me, it is pure magic.

How you could have devised something that does exactly as it says in the pamphlet, is quite extraordinary.

I feel that not enough people owning large dogs would know about it, because I have never seen any advertising.

I have passed photocopies of the pamphlet I have, to two other people, and word of mouth seems to be the most common way of passing on to people what a wonderful invention it is, and I will certainly be doing that.

Yours faithfully,

G. L. Paterson

Dear Sir/Madam,

I refer to my telephone call on 28 March 1992 and would be pleased if you could send me a Kumalong for a female Great Dane. Her measurement is 33cms around muzzle in front of eyes.

I already had one, and would you believe it was stolen from the reserve where she is exercised.

I find the Kumalong absolutely invaluable, and dislike being without it even for a short time.

Many thanks,

G. L. Paterson

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for the halters. I am returning the yellow and request that you send me another blue - cheques enclosed for a friend.

The halters are magic! I can hold my two German Shepherds easily, and walk them together.

I don't have to use my right hand at all (I have a wrist injury), so I can safely and easily walk my dogs for the first time in years.

People who have seen the halters are impressed and I have handed on the literature to others who are interested.

I am so pleased to have discovered Kumalong! My sister told me about you, as she has bought halters for their dogs and I'm sure my dogs are too, as they love going for walks.

Yours faithfully,

(Mrs.) D. G. Eiffe

Just a note of thanks for sending me those directions - like I said I bought the halters 2 yrs ago - and then decided not to use it, what a waste because it works excellent, no more stopping at every 2nd telegraph pole and better still no more "aggressive barks towards male dogs.

Thankyou so very much.

To The Kind lady I spoke to on the phone, I would like to say a big thank you for sewing a new part on my Kumalong.

I'm not a young lady and I have a very strong Border Collie, he's beautiful, but without a Kumalong I would have had to give him away, as he used to pull me over, and I was very frightened of breaking a hip, we go to dog training, but I don't know if its doing any good, as the instructors tell me he's the boss.

Thanks again.

Yours very sincerely,

Dear Mrs Moore,

Sorry to be so long in reply to your letter, but finding time! In an ever increasing daily round of chores and happenings, to sit quietly and organize one's thoughts and transfer them to paper facts is a decreasing pleasure.

Thank you for your samples they will indeed be a great help and I'm sure as our numbers increase so will the orders. I have also mentioned your products to other training clubs, where we lived for some years before moving here last year.

I can only describe the Kumalong Halter as Magic. Our boisterous, over-active Briard boy was tamed from the moment I placed it on his head. It is as you say a training aid in solving forging problems. I also feel could help considerably to help lagging as well. No longer am I towed down the street, with resulting sore hands, shoulder and neck muscles. Magic Gadget.

The dog, of course cannot use his neck and shoulder muscles or body weight to force his will on a smaller or lesser weighted person. I feel anyone could use this Halter and be in complete command of any situation arising when walking an active or boisterous dog.

We have in the last fortnight acquired an older Briard Bitch and find she too accepts the halter without any complaint or show of dislike, and while she walks quite placidly at heel, forearmed is peace of mind.

With many thanks for your assistance.

In appreciation,

D. Potts

I would like to tell you that I think the Kumalong is very good. I own a Dalmatian who is quite strong when he gets going and with the Kumalong on it seems to take his power from him. I go to Dog Training classes and quite a lot of people have enquired about the Kumalong and I gave them your telephone number.

Thank you very much for your trouble.

Thank you for sending the Halter. We have a timid Belgian Shepherd that the choker chain had the wrong effect on. She was on the street and excited to be out. After 5 mins. in the halter - Toto - was behaving beautifully, without the 'ears flattened cowering effect' of the check chain. It has become a pleasure to take her for a walk.

Thank you Very Much,

P. Sinclair

For Large, dominant dogs, the Kumalong is one of the best training aids I have used.

Hanne,

After speaking to you on the phone last Monday and after much thought I have decided to again get a Head Halter.

I take this opportunity to say how absolutely delighted I am with this product. The difference in my dog (Busta) is astounding!

Regards,

(Ms.) C. Edwards

P.S. The last one I purchased was 6/7/1994!
