• Delivery:

Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 7 days on receipt of order, dependent on availability of stock.

• Minimum Order:

There is no minimum order requirement. All our customers' orders are important to us, no matter how large or small.

• Freight:

Our freight charges are based on your location and the total value of your order.

For orders to destinations within New South Wales, freight charges are $6.00 for orders under $100.00, $10.00 for orders of $101.00 to $500.00, and $15.00 for orders over $500.00.

For orders to destinations outside New South Wales but within Australia, freight charges are $10.00 for orders under $100.00, $15.00 for orders of $101 to 500.00, and $20.00 for orders over $500.00.

For orders to destinations outside Australia, freight charges are $20.00 for orders under $100.00, and $40.00 for orders over $100.00.

• Currency/Prices:

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (A$). For up-to-date currency exchange rates, you may wish to check one of the popular on-line currency exchange sites. Our favorites are XE.COM, OANDA.COM, and X-RATES.COM. (Note: clicking on these links will open a new browser window.)

• Payment Options:

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment can also be made by cheque or money order.

• Returns & Exchanges:

We are happy to replace any of our products if the products break within 6 months of purchase after normal wear and tear. We regret that normal wear and tear does not include being chewed in any way — try not to leave your equipment where your dog can get to it — dogs will be dogs.
